Documents people can actually read
Clear Pages is a Brisbane business. We turn NDIS providers' documents into Easy Read, so the people they're written for can understand them.
Why we started
Most provider documents are written for auditors and lawyers. When we checked 63 NDIS providers' complaints pages in October 2026, the typical one read at about a Year 12 level, with sentences averaging 22 words. The people who most need those pages are often the least able to read them.
Specialist Easy Read agencies do excellent work, but they usually quote job by job and can take weeks. We wanted something simpler for providers: a fixed price, a finished document in days, and nothing to pay until you've approved it.
We only do Easy Read, and only for disability services, so we know these documents well: service agreements, tenancy agreements, complaints processes, privacy statements and house rules. Each one keeps your logo, your colours and every phone number from the original, so it still reads as yours.
Everyone should be able to read the documents that are about them.
How we work
- Faithful to your document. We only include what your original says. We simplify the words, never the meaning, and never add terms of our own.
- You approve it first. You see every page before it's final, and two rounds of changes are included. If a resident reads the draft and suggests changes, we make those too.
- Careful with information. We ask for blank templates, never signed copies. If personal details come through, we don't copy them, and we delete the original when the job is done.
- On time, at a fixed price. You know the price and the date before we start.
